Description of Duties:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the hands-on operation of the kitchen department and to represent the Executive Chef in his absence.  This hands-on leader will possess a well-developed knowledge of menu design using local cuisine and scratch cooking.


Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have 5 – 7 years of professional experience and Red Seal.  A professional demeanor is expected and previous hotel experience is preferred.
