Meghan is passionate about inspiring her clients to see and meet their potential. While she awaits her official credentials as a Certified Athletic Therapist, coming in mid-August, she is also gaining her certifications as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Exercise Physiologist as well as the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She uses her keen creativity to develop health and wellness plans catered to each individual and focuses her brand of training on injury- and trauma-informed, full-body conditioning. She recognizes the importance of working alongside other health care practitioners and will do a thorough history with you to identify and areas of concern for you.
Depending on your needs, Meghan is happy to work with you multiple times a week, or do “tune-ups” to fine tune your form and training regime as needed. She firmly believes that being healthy isn’t just represented by a trim physique and a decent blood pressure. It’s measured by how we engage in life every day physically, mentally, and spiritually. Training can be difficult or confusing sometimes, but Meghan loves to help make it easy by helping you identify your goals and building you a streamlined plan to get there.
She has been weight training for almost 2 decades, and was a paddleboard guide/instructor for 5 years before finishing her Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She has also been a belly dance instructor and choreographer, and loves doing just about anything outdoors! Hiking with her 90lb lapdog, mountain biking, soccer, rugby, rowing, traditional blacksmithing, and camping are just a few of her hobbies.
