I am a fully qualified BCRPA Personal Trainer. I grew up in Australia and am now living in Victoria.
I work with clients to co-create customized fitness programs to help them achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Fitness is just one aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Balance is important. I definitely can help you increase your strength, agility and flexibility. Additionally, I can help you develop healthy habits and a positive mindset to optimize performance in all aspects of your life.
I practice what I preach. As an athlete I enjoy bettering myself in the gym. The countless hours I have put into training and refining every detail of every session is not only beneficial to me but my clients as well. I am incredibly grateful to be able to share my knowledge and transform my clients' lives. I am young but have knowledge beyond my years. For myself, training is a science. I am always improving and refining my techniques so my clients will continue surpassing their goals and aspirations.

I will work with you to identify your goals and preferred training style, and co-develop a training program that ensures that you will maintain motivation, lock-in good habits, attain your training goals, and have a lot of fun along the way. My approach is highly systematic and structured, but also flexible to meet your specific needs. Consistency plus quality equals results.
