Description of Duties:

This Department Head position is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and motivation of the Guest Services Team including the Front Desk, Bell, Door, Concierge and Night Audit.


Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Front Office Management with at least 4 years of experience at a large luxury property. Professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with previous experience overseeing emergency preparedness and response.
