Description of Duties:

  • Professional, welcoming, enthusiastic and conscientious attitude
  • Maximize hotel occupancy and average daily rate
  • Organize and maintain an effective front desk area
  • Accurate collection and recording of information
  • Accurate and efficient accounting procedures
  • Protect guest privacy
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and overall positive experience
  • Five Star service and exceptional attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year front desk or reservation experience required in a 4 diamond or luxury full service hotel property
  • Post secondary training is an asset
  • Second language is an asset
  • Proven accounting skills (cash transactions)
  •  Excellent verbal & written communication skills
