Description of Duties:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, including the Pacific Restaurant, Courtyard Café, Room Service, Banquets and Catering/Conference Services.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A minimum of five years of management experience in a luxury hotel environment is required along with extensive knowledge of wines and teas.
