Description of Duties:
Working with fellow team members to cook a variety of menu items for a la carte or buffet according to hotel standards and recipes. Have a passion for, and love of food. Looking to learn and grow a career within the industry. Able to follow directions. Ensure cleanliness of work areas and equipment and control wastage and spoilage of food. Responsible and reliable. Able to work well in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.  

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have Food Safe and WHMIS certification along with proven culinary experience and culinary education.
