Reservations & Revenue Manager
Description of Duties:
This leadership position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations department and ensuring it runs efficiently and is well organized. This role will develop strategies to maximize room occupancy and setting daily average rates.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to type over 50 wpm. They must posses a minimum of 2 year experience with revenue management and 5 years experience with hotel reservations. Previous experience with group bookings, contracts, extranet/inventory management, rate loading and management experience in a union environment is preferred.
