Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description of Duties:
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Pacific Restaurant, a full service, 100 seat restaurant with lounge and seasonal patio. This hands-on leader will combine a well-developed knowledge of food and wine with the proven people skills required to create and implement the service standards necessary to cater to our discerning clientele.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in an upscale restaurant is required. Previous hotel experience is preferred.
