Clam Chowder

Clam Chowder with candied salmon!?  Yes please!!

Ingredients:

Onion, Fennel, Celery, Potatoes, Bacon, Butter, Flour, Clam Nectar, Fish Stock, Whipping Cream, Milk, Clam Meat, Candied Salmon, Tabasco, Worcestershire, Bay Leaves, Herbs, Salt and Pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. Place in a pot and heat over a medium heat, until hot and reaches 160F. Stir occasionally to prevent burning the soup.

Pork Side Ribs

Pork Side Ribs

These juicy melt-in-your-mouth oven baked Barbecue Ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious!

Ingredients:

Pork side ribs (pork, salt, pepper, celery seed, paprika) bbq sauce (ketchup, onion, garlic, vinegar, mustard, molasses, brown sugar, salt and pepper, paprika). (gluten free)

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. Preheat the oven to 375F. Remove the ribs from the bag and place on an oven safe bake sheet or pan. Lining the pan with aluminum foil will help with clean up afterwards. Place the ribs bone side up for 10 minutes. Flip the ribs over and cook for another 15 minutes. Glaze the ribs with any remaining bbq sauce the bag during the last few minutes. Check to see if the ribs are hot, 160 F or 60 C, with an instant read thermometer.

Lamb Shank

Lamb Shank

This tender, fall off the bone lamb shank, braised in a luxurious red wine gravy is your new family dinner!

Ingredients:

Lamb shank, beef stock (beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, herbs, bay leaf), lamb marinated in onion, garlic, mint, rosemary, parsley, red wine, canola oil, spice, salt and pepper. (gluten free)

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. Open the bag and remove the lamb shank and pour the braising liquid into an oven safe pot or dish. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Heat the braising liquid up on top of the stove on an element set at medium. When it has come to a simmer add the lamb shank and cover the pot or dish in aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and check the temperature with an instant read thermometer, to 160F or 60C. If you want you can reduce the braising liquid on the stove top to use a sauce, glazing the lamb shank with the reducing liquid.

This one's for the meat lover's out there... guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

Beef Chuck Flat, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Red Wine, Beef Stock, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Thyme, Salt and Pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. Open the bag and remove the beef chuck flat and pour the braising liquid into an oven safe pot or dish. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Heat the braising liquid up on top of the stove on an element set at medium. When it has come to a simmer add the beef and cover the pot or dish in aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and check the temperature with an instant read thermometer, to 160F or 60C. If you want you can reduce the braising liquid on the stove top to use a sauce, glazing the beef with the reducing liquid.

Salmon, Rockfish, Baby Shrimp. Béchamel Sauce (Milk, onion, garlic, bay leaf, butter, flour, dill, salt, pepper, nutmeg) Onion, celery, fennel, leeks. Pie Dough (Flour, butter, salt and water). Mashed Potatoes (Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, buttermilk, salt and pepper.)

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place on an oven proof pan or dish. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Check temperature to see if hot, 160 F or 60 C, with an instant read thermometer.
