Description:
The CDP is a leader on the kitchen team, with a well-rounded cooking and food knowledge background. This background includes both restaurant and banquet experience. They are always looking to improve their skills and are up to date with current food trends and plating. Their passion for food is evident in the food they produce for our guests. They work closely with Sous Chef’s to establish prep list and assign duties, and supervise cooks in carrying out these duties. They have the ability to work independently, and under pressure and are able to meet timelines. They are responsible and reliable and take ownership of their areas of coverage. Pass along knowledge to cooks. Calm disposition.
