Are you a health enthusiast and customer service professional looking for part-time work? Join our friendly team at the Victoria Athletic Club in the Hotel Grand Pacific! The Club offers first-class facilities and amenities to hotel guests and members, including a swimming pool, squash court, weight room, and fitness studio. We’re seeking a Front Desk Attendant who will assist clients with their varied needs and deliver a superior quality of service.

This is a part-time position, working varied days each week. Schedules are posted on a weekly basis. Shift times will include mornings and evenings. As such, we require someone with flexible availability.

Duties:

Operate an efficient, guest-oriented front desk
Provide information to potential new club members
Process new memberships and renewals
Maintain the membership database
Handle and control cash
Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards

What We’re Looking for:

Basic First Aid/CPR certificate required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience in a gym or health club environment preferred
Computer literate with excellent data entry skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Positive and professional communication skills
A passion for wellness, a motivating attitude, and a high regard for guest safety
Flexible availability to work varied days/times
