I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service provided to us for the Victoria Linear Collider Workshop that was held at the Hotel Grand Pacific last month. Our delegates were very pleased with the hotel rooms and the meals. As the local organizer for the meeting, I found your staff to be always pleasant and helpful.
