A Grand Welcome for your pet

We are pleased to welcome both you and your pet to the Hotel Grand Pacific.

In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you follow the policies listed below.

• A flat fee of $50.00 (up to seven nights) will be applied to your account to cover the cleaning of all fabrics and carpets after your departure, so the room is as welcoming for future guests as it was when you arrived.
• We allow only one pet per room at any one time
• We accept only pets that weigh no more than 40 lbs
• You may leave your pet unattended in the room if they are in a crate and the room lights are left on
• Your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the Hotel
• Noise must be kept to a minimum. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests. Penalties may be applied if other guests are disturbed
• Pets must be house-trained and clean. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pets create an excessive mess
• Victoria has a poop and scoop by-law so please pick up after your pet (we have small bags available at the Front Desk for this purpose)
