Victoria offers a variety of night clubs ranging from hip hop to retro and jazz or blues. All are conveniently located just a few blocks away, within easy walking distance of the Hotel Grand Pacific.

Sticky Wicket

The Sticky Wicket is more then just a restaurant and pub; it is a collection of 7 memorable rooms. Each one adorned with memorabilia and sports collectibles. Get together with friends on The Rooftop for fun in the sun, at Element for underground dance and club beats or in The Games Room to watch the big game! The Sticky Wicket has something for everyone.

Irish Times

Irish Times Pub is home to 190 seats over two floors with 80 seats available on our patios, opening onto both Government Street and historic Bastion Square.

The tradition of Ireland has also been extended to our menu, which has been developed on a philosophy of creating traditional Irish food and drink that is both contemporary and funky, showcasing Irish Pub Food as you would see in Ireland today.

The Tapa Bar

"Tucked away in a quaint area of "Trounce Alley", this little establishment is a hidden gem that mostly locals frequent. Sitting on the outer deck makes you feel as if you have been transported to a unique little eatery in Europe. Bring friends...because it's wonderful to chat over drinks and everything is Tapas style so each dish can feed up to 4 or 5 people.

Herman's Jazz Club

Hermann's has been the place for live jazz in Victoria for over 27 years. Join us for dinner, dancing, and live local and international jazz. Enjoy Jazz music in this pub style restaurant. Herman's presents Dixieland Jazz, Big Band music with dancing, the Esquimalt Jazz band, the Tom Vickery Trio and many other live bands.

Darcy's Pub

Our slogan “Drink or be gone” pretty much says it all. We’ve got twenty beers on tap and a fine array of wine, liquor and spirits. We have live music seven nights a week from the islands best cover bands, so come and see us, enjoy some of our amazing fare and dance the night away.

Lucky Bar

Everything happens at Lucky Bar! Live music of every genre, DJ based club nights, weeklies and one-offs, Lucky plays host to just about every type of event there is. From Pop, Rock, Punk, Metal, Hip Hop, Electronic, Experimental, Folk and Jazz music to Live Theatre, Variety Shows and Film Screenings.

The Mint

Located on Douglas Street in Victoria, the Mint is an unconventional restaurant which serves up an interesting ensemble of Tibetan and Nepalese food. The décor is intimate and unpretentious and the restaurant offers live entertainment six days a week. From Bossayou to Reggae to rotating DJs, there's plenty of food for the musical ear. The management does not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring plenty of cash along.

CANOE Brewpub, Marina & Restaurant

CANOE Brewpub, Marina & Restaurant is located in an 1894 heritage landmark building on Victoria's downtown waterfront. The soaring timber frame and rustic brick architecture at CANOE creates a vibrant atmosphere and provides a versatile setting for gatherings, and a great patio on the waterfront. They also feature their own award-winning handcrafted beers. CANOE has something for everyone - great beer, pub, lounge, dining room, patios, diverse wine list, knowledgeable staff and free parking - all in one stunning location.

Swans Brewpub

This warm and friendly Brewpub welcomes you with comfortable surroundings of oak, brick and a stunning display of original art and First Nations' pieces. Relax and watch the world go by from the sunny, glassed-in patio overflowing with flowers. Listen to live music during the evenings, Saturday to Thursday. Enjoy a full breakfast, lunch, appetizers, dinner or something from the late night menu.

Spinnaker's Gastro Brewpub

Since opening in 1984, Spinnakers has become the pub of choice for local and visiting beer lovers. The taproom features hand pulled Spinnakers ales accompanied by delicious West Coast fare for lunch and dinner. On any given evening you will find an eclectic group of Victorians interacting with visitors over games of darts, pool and their favourite pint. The taproom is situated on the waterfront, overlooking the inner harbour, welcoming patrons seven days per week from 11am - 11pm. Patio seating is available.
