All guestrooms offer balconies, air-conditioning, in-room safes, Internet communications and much more. Additionally, all guestrooms and meeting spaces have full access to business and concierge services.
Hotel Grand Pacific offers 10,000 sq. ft. of corporate meeting facilities, function and banquet rooms, consisting of 13 fully equipped meeting rooms and a 3,000 square foot waterfront ballroom. The Victoria Conference Centre is two blocks from our hotel in downtown Victoria BC offering potentially an additional 40,000 sq. ft. of fully equipped meeting space for your corporate event or conference.
On the main level you will find the Vancouver Island Ballroom, the Pender Island Ballroom and the Saturna Room. On the second level are five breakout rooms, ranging from 400 to 600 square feet. On the 6th floor is the Cabinet Room, our Executive Boardroom.
The Hotel Grand Pacific can also assist meeting planners with incentive programs, destination management and event production.
