A Grand Welcome to important family members from HGP
We are pleased to welcome both you and your pet to the Hotel Grand Pacific.

In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you read the following policies listed below.
- A flat rate of $50.00 will be applied to your account. The fee is used for the cleaning of all the fabrics and carpets after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests occupying the room
- No more than one pet per room is allowed at any one time
- Pets must be no more than 40 lbs in weight
- Pets may be left unattended in the room if they are in a kennel with the lights turned on
- When in public areas of the Hotel, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier
- Noise must be kept to a minimum. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests. Penalties may be applied if other guests are disturbed
- Pets must be house-trained and clean. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pets create an excessive mess
- Victoria has a poop and scoop by-law so please ensure to pick up after your pet (Small bags may be obtained from the Front Desk)
