The Grand Pacific Athletic Club offers everything in fitness that today's traveler is seeking, including:

25 meter ozone pool with an easy access entry.

Aquafit classes.

Jacuzzi and sauna.

Steam room.

Complete training facility, including free weights,
Paramount Strength Equipment, cardio machines,
treadmills, stationary bikes, stair climbers, recumbent
bikes and rowing ergometer.

Squash court.

Regularly scheduled classes including yoga, strength & aerobics.

All our Athletic Club staff are certified fitness professionals who believe that fitness is one of the keys to an improved quality of life. Our Athletic Director, Jaymie Humber, will be happy to assist you when you visit our fitness facility.

Use of the club is complimentary with your stay at Hotel Grand Pacific. Extra charges apply for the following services
(all prices in CAD$, effective as of January 1st 2007):

Personal Training: $50.00 for 1 session; $135.00 for 3 sessions or $240.00 for 6 sessions
Fitness/Yoga Classes: $10.00 per class
Racquet Rental: $5.00 per racquet

Grand Pacific Athletic Club: Adult Only Hours
Monday thru Friday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10:30 am to 11:30 am
