Join us for a Cellar Dinner at The Hotel Grand Pacific hosted by Sommelier Brad Royale, Executive Sous Chef Ian Goard, Restaurant Chef Takumi Kitamura and Pastry Chef Cristina Velasco on Saturday, June 16, 2018.

For this special event, Brad Royale and our Chefs have paired a delicious four-course meal along with seven hand-picked wines from our cellar. These wines have been carefully cellared and offer a chance to taste some seriously rare bottles. This will be a wine event like no other Victoria has seen. Tickets are extremely limited.
