Senior Guest Services Agent

Description of Duties:
This position is responsible for supervising shift operations at the Front Desk, proactively managing the check in and check out process and ensuring the needs of Guests are met.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.  They must also possess previous management or supervisory experience and 2 years recent experience in a Hotel Front Office as well as the ability to resolve problems and provide leadership to others.
