Guest Services Agent - Temporary

Description of Duties:

·      Professional, welcoming, enthusiastic and conscientious attitude

·      Maximize hotel occupancy and average daily rate

·      Organize and maintain an effective front desk area

·      Accurate collection and recording of information

·      Accurate and efficient accounting procedures

·      Protect guest privacy

·      Ensure guest satisfaction and overall positive experience

·      Five Star service and exceptional attention to detail

 

Required Qualifications:

·      Minimum 1 year front desk or reservation experience required in a 4 diamond or luxury full service hotel property

·      Post secondary training is an asset

·      Second language is an asset

·      Proven accounting skills (cash transactions)

·      Excellent verbal & written communication skills
