An exclusive private dining room featuring the best West Coast fusion cuisine, fine wines and impeccable service.
The Mark is a cozy, intimate room, where the discriminating diner
can experience culinary excellence with west coast flair, in a slightly
more exclusive atmosphere. Our Chef searches for the best local products
such as seafood, produce and locally reared poultry for which Vancouver
Island is famous.
The Mark provides personalized service and offers a carefully chosen
selection of B.C., Californian and imported wines. Dining at The Mark
is a gastronomic experience.
Designed with excellence in mind and seating only 26 people, The Mark
offers exclusive privacy and unsurpassed service. An intimate table
for two or a dinner for four is The Mark's specialty. Executive Chef Rick Choy
creates an exciting culinary indulgence with some of the finest
dishes in Victoria, made with only the very best local products. Frequently
changing menus together with wine pairings, assure you of an inspired
and innovative experience.

Ocean Wise
Ocean Wise is a Vancouver Aquarium conservation program created to educate and empower consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood. The options are highlighted on their menus and display cases with the Ocean Wise symbol, making it easier for consumers to make environmentally friendly seafood choices.
