Monitors food and beverage quality before service and monitors orders coming out of the kitchen for quality, consistency and presentation as per hotel standards.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of food, beverages and wines.
Delivers orders following our Service Preferred standards.
Monitors condition of all room service menus, minibar price lists, etc.
Perform the duty of checking minibars and restocking and billing where necessary.
Ensures that the Room Service Station in the Kitchen is clean and set to required standard at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Have at least 1 year’s experience in a food service operation.
Able to work flexible schedule involving weekends and evenings.
Able to handle cash accurately.
Able to communicate clearly in English.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including being able to work for the majority of the time standing up and lifting.
Prepared to perform any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Outlets Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
