Description of Duties:
This leadership position is responsible for the effective operation of the entire hotel while on shift. Assisting the Guest Services Manger by managing the Night Audit Department, ensuring all night audit reports and checklists are completed accurately on a daily basis and responding to guest inquires and concerns in a timely manor.
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must possess 5 years previous night audit experience and 3 years supervisory experience in a full service hotel. They must have excellent skills operating Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
