Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Description of Duties:
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Housekeeping department, developing and improving standards to ensure the service received is of the highest quality. They also assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, payroll and employee training.
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be a problem solver with the ability to motivate employees , have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. They must have previous housekeeping experience and previous management experience. Knowledge of Micros Opera Software considered an asset.
