Guest Experience Manager - Temporary position
Description of Duties:
This leadership position assists the Guest Services Manager with the day to day operations of the Guest Services department. Acting as relief concierge on a part-time basis and being an ambassador for the hotel providing the higest level of customer service.
The successful candidate will have a professional presence as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also possess 3 years recent experience in a full service luxury hotel, as well as the ability to resolve problems and provide leadership to others. They must also have a valid, unrestricted class 5 BC Drivers’ license with competency in driving both standard and automatic transmission. The ability to obtain OFA Level 2 Certification is required for this position.
