The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.

Working to ensure all reservations are entered accurately and efficiently you will gain experience in all aspects of hotel reservations. The successful candidate will be a enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment are essential. A minimum of one year experience in a 4 Diamond property is preferred.

To provide exemplary guest service, efficiently handle all guest queries and requests, welcome and proficiently check-in and check-out our guests, promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages, accurately process and balance postings for each shift, maintain Company issued float and balance for each shift, ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times.
Related work experience in the hospitality / service industry, previous Front Office experience an asset, excellent command of the English language, excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, ability to compose basic written correspondence, computer and typing skills, able to work independently in a fast paced environment, must possess excellent personal poise and a high level of professionalism.

The Bell Person is responsible primarily for assisting with guest luggage. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction. This person must have the ability to lift a moderate weight and have good knowledge of the local area. Must have valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract. Two years prior guest service experience in a luxury property required, bell or concierge preferred.
Two positions available
The Banquet Server is responsible primarily for assisting in serving banquet style functions, duties will also include the set-up and re-set of functions. This person must have good communication skills as well as previous customer service experience. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. Individual must be able to lift moderate weight.
The mandate of this position is to work directly with the F&B Director and the Assistant Restaurant Managers in the planning and direction of the hotel’s restaurant operation. This includes insuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded, that all financial goals are met, and that the potential of all staff is fully recognized. The Restaurant Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the Pacific Restaurant, Mark Restaurant and lounge areas and must consistently improve guest service, employee experience and relations, and improve financial results.
