Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred.

Reservation Agent/Switchboard Operator

Working to ensure all reservations are entered accurately and efficiently you will gain experience in all aspects of hotel reservations. The successful candidate will be a enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment are essential. A minimum of one year experience in a 4 Diamond property is preferred.

Guest Services Agent

To provide exemplary guest service, efficiently handle all guest queries and requests, welcome and proficiently check-in and check-out our guests, promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages, accurately process and balance postings for each shift, maintain Company issued float and balance for each shift, ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times.

Related work experience in the hospitality / service industry, previous Front Office experience an asset, excellent command of the English language, excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, ability to compose basic written correspondence, computer and typing skills, able to work independently in a fast paced environment, must possess excellent personal poise and a high level of professionalism.

The Bell Person is responsible primarily for assisting with guest luggage. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. Must have valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract. Two years prior guest service experience in a luxury property required, bell or concierge preferred.

Room Service Server

Two positions available

Description of Duties:

  • Monitors food and beverage quality before service and monitors orders coming out of the kitchen for quality, consistency and presentation as per hotel standards. 
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of food, beverages and wines.
  • Delivers orders following our Service Preferred standards.
  • Monitors condition of all room service menus, minibar price lists, etc.
  • Perform the duty of checking minibars and restocking and billing where necessary.
  • Ensures that the Room Service Station in the Kitchen is clean and set to required standard at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Have at least 1 year’s experience in a food service operation.
  • Able to work flexible schedule involving weekends and evenings.
  • Able to handle cash accurately.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including being able to work for the majority of the time standing up and lifting.
  • Prepared to perform any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Outlets Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.

Restaurant Manager

The mandate of this position is to work directly with the F&B Director and the Assistant Restaurant Managers in the planning and direction of the hotel’s restaurant operation. This includes insuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded, that all financial goals are met, and that the potential of all staff is fully recognized.
